Its location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Saint Mary's Cathedral was marvellous and absolutely perfect. The hotel was in a lovely area. Hopefully the room was new-fashioned and fashionable with coffee/tea.

Actually the room was extremely pleasant with coffee/tea. This accommodation had a very central setting in the center of Santa Cruz. What's more, it was just next door to restsurants, and shops and restaurants in a pedestrianised area.

Exceptionally comfortable and fabulous place with stunning views. Perfect and convenient location in the superb area, not far from trams, main sightseeing areas, tourist office, restaurants and bars as well as the center. Plus, just close to Robert Dundas. The staff - very friendly and competent.

Everything was GREAT and the rooms were extremely pleasant. The location was excellent, in the city centre. Moreover, it was so close to restaurants in a pedestrianised area, Santa Cruz and main sightseeing areas. The roof top bar was a plus.

The place was fabulous and stunningly beautiful and the staff were accommodating, the location was magnificent close to the center of the town. Location: the hotel was very close to the Canary Islands and trams, main sightseeing areas, tourist office, restaurants and bars.
