Hotel overlooked terrace and the room was exceptionally clean. Its staff was amicable and excellent. The location was marvellous and amazing, at a walking distance from Lower Gardens. We loved the breakfast.

The room on photos of apartment. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels was a bonus. Its location in Playa de las Americas was best possible and top, near Parque Santiago V, all restaurants, and supermarket, restaurants and beach. The whole staff was very friendly and excellent.

When we visit Playa de las Americas, like staying here. It's handy base for sightseeing and exploring Playa de las Americas. Friendly staff, they know their business. The setting is exceptionally nice and comfortable, really close to Guantanamo bay as well as restaurants and shops. Bianco Restaurant, where you can eat lunch, is just a short walk away from the hotel, enjoyed this place.
