Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very lovely stay during holidays. The hotel was in an excellent location, to the harbour which is effectively the centre of the tourist zone. Besides, we were short walk to bar / restaurants, loro parque zoo and nearby town centre and the bus station and Lora parque.

Every visit to Puerto de la Cruz we like to stay here. It offers handy, ideal location. The airport is 30 km away, easy to get to.

Perfectly clean, amazing value hotel, the location was quiet adjacent to Zoo of the year as well as the northern coast. The single room I stayed in was well-equipped with a fine view up against teide. Hard-working and very efficient staff from reception to waiters, had thoroughly enjoyable stay. The pool was lovely and I had carbonated drinks in the pool bar. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

The hotel was in a particularly good and fab position next to the main beaches, the immediate outskirts of the town centre of Puerto de la Cruz, and the centre of Puerto and the Charcon Square.

Enjoyed it. The staff was incredible and really good, the accommodation was gorgeous and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of food, like pancakes and bacon. The room was exceptionally clean with lovely views, a storage, a safe box, and a hair dryer. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were not that friendly. The service was friendly, I had 1 pleasant night here.

We liked the resort and its excellent style. We were able to visit loro parque that was right by the hotel. Excellent for a peaceful break. Everyone was HELPFUL.
