The staff was fantastic and wonderful, the accommodation was wonderful and fairly clean. It was based in nice building in an unbeatable location, to the Banana museum. The room was large, and we had a good view of the mountain.

It was based in really nice building in a marvellous and beautiful location, right in the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Really enjoyed our room that was kept spotless the water is always hot and available with coffee.

The hotel was in a great and brilliant location not far from the shops, cafes and restaurants, the boardwalk by the ocean downtown and the brilliant sea crashing on the rocks for what we wanted it for. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Carretera Taoro.
