The location of the hotel was good and perfect - at a short distance from a delightful garden. You could walk to fairgrounds and a market. The room was reasonably large, I enjoyed it. The best part was the awesome view of the sea.

Fairly clean, casual hotel, I liked large and airy rooms and supper friendly staff. The breakfast was great, such variety, with the best coffee. Particularly good location to large bus station made it easy to get to key attractions. Have stayed here many times and would return here.

The place was overall clean and staff was very very helpful. The room was good sized and extremely pleasant with smoke detectors for safety measures. I could use a balcony and a flat screen TV. The venue was in a central location just next door to nightlife, and nice restaurants, bars, clubs and the waterside.

It was good value hotel and we had a nice stay. We had good-sized and extremely pleasant room that was kept very clean and available with double bed and the bathroom plus a balcony. Incredibly comfortable and absolutely perfect location next to the main bus station was a plus. Bar Casa Mel was 100 metres away from the place.

it was really great time in puerto de la cruz. we didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, however everything was excellent. a bath in the private bathroom was a plus. the swimming pool was good too. the venue was set in the very central position so close to bus station, tenerife and the centre. there was casa mika a minute walk from the hotel.
