Sincerely, it was a very nice stay on a business trip. The staff were excellent, breakfast was varied and extensive. This accommodation was in the central location in the evening for entertainment. On site gourmet restaurant served good food.

Overall had really really nice stay in the old town. The hotel's location was particularly good unable to get us a taxi which was important to get to airport. And it was also just next door to the pedestrianised historic centre of Laguna which felt completely different to the south o, planted with trees and cafes, restaurants and banks.
The setting was not ideal.

Really kind staff, bright standard king room. Spacious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed. Marvellous location, only a short distance to Santa Catalina Monastery. Near the the restaurants, shops, the restaurant-food was very good, service so-so, with staff more engaged in adminstrative form-filling than the customers and the historical center of La Laguna.

Had lovely stay in February, the staff were efficient, location was magnificent to shops restautants. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices. Location: the hotel was really close to the national park nearby as well as high heels. It was relatively close to Zumeria Tamarindo, serving fast food.
