We walked everywhere, the location was awesome, in the area appart from Loro parque which was amazing. The rooms turned out to be fine and absolutely perfect with the garden, excellent breakfast, balcony.

Truly enjoyed my really really nice stay during winter time. The standard king room I stayed in was well furnished with a veiw to die for. The breakfast meal was freshly prepared with many varieties.
The staff were unattentive, didn't expect that coming.

Had 9 days in Puerto de la Cruz, spending my time here lovely. The room was big size and absolutely perfect, had an amazing view over sea. The bed was extremely comfy, the staff were fairly friendly and superfriendly. The position of the hotel was particularly good and fantastic, in hotell area. Besides, it was so close to shops as well as restaurant.
