Really great stay on holidays. Small hotel in a stunning area just next door to Siam park and loro parque and the Vulcano for New Year for the second time. Courteous, welcoming people working here. Quiet and bright room with view of the poolside from the window. Great location, not very far from St Johns Market. Indoor restaurant with excellent cuisine.

The pool area was well-maintained and the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, next to main areas and the beach, shops and bars. Plus, the hotel was situated a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Cavern Club.

It was spotless, the staff was expert, plus the service was very good. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and complete with cakes, continental to porridge and yogurts. The hotel was in a lovely location, close to everything. Besides, we were not far from the greenery and the impressive reception area, beach and lots of lovely bars and restaurants and the fountains.
The staff - some of them were a bit slow.
