We were there for 7 days, everything was good, truly enjoyed its marvellous location near the beach, bars & restaurants including Le Mar, the main shopping area very close to the Safari center and beaches, and restaurants, holiday and designer shops.
Some of the staff were absolutely terrible.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a living area, a balcony, and a TV set. Its location was great and stunning, just off 50 yards of the Playas de Las Vistas beach which is a sandy beach.

Had very nice stay during the holidays. It had fab food, amazingly nice staff. The setting was incredible, close to the lovely restaurants as well as all shops, restaurants, bars and the main area of the resort. Moreover, it was 2 km from Tenerife Sur.
We expected there would be reception.

You guys made my stay wonderful. The rooms were perfectly clean with communal toilet and bathroom plus a large balcony with exceptional view. I had a warm welcome, exceptionally nice staff. Very central location was a plus.
