The location was very central, magnificent in wasy walking district. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were horrible. The room was updated and new-fashioned with a view over city.

Great location, an underground station was nearby the hotel. And it was not too far from Rustom Restaurant, ate there couple of times. We enjoyed the twin/double room which was spotless and functional with a balcony.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel and I would love to go back. The property is modest, it has especially helpful staff on duty-receptionist. Make sure to get triple room with very good bedding, a balcony and a large bed. The location is secure and excellent, in the business centre. The outdoor restaurant serves local food.

The hotel was newly remodelled and excellent value with extremely friendly personnel on duty-receptionist. We really enjoyed the convenience of the king room with balcony. This location was magnificent, adjacent to tram and bus stops, the centre of Carnival celebrations, and patisserie.

The place was modest and had lovely and really kind staff on duty-receptionist, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was in a great location in Santa Cruz de Tenerife for the football. And it was also just next door to Plaza de la Candelaria and the far more attractive avenue, Bethencourt Alfonso as well as the airport🙂👍

The staff are lovely, managed the parking along the sea front. The venue has great and perfect location in the pedestrian area. It's also near to promenade, a different platform and the Mayor square surrounded by many bars, coffee shops, and many restaurants.

The setting is ideal and excellent, not far from Tenerife mountains, restaurants all around, and Tenerife for a holiday. It has functional and wonderful rooms to offer with a big terrace, very good bedding, for instance.

Everything was good, obliging staff, exceptional views of the ocean and McDonalds across the plaza. I was there for 4 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for evening meals. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Museum of Nature and Man. You could walk to a main shopping street and shopping streets.

It deserves its 3 stars. The bed was comfy and the restaurant was SMALL and had plenty of food. In the heart of the city, very convenient. Just a walk down to Taberna el Cambullon, where you can have lunch.
