Straightforward hotel, the staff were all gentle and efficient and the location was excellent really close to everything you need. The rooms were new-fashioned, neat and with private bathroom. The private parking was on site, good service. Our stay was a very very good experience.

Recommend this place and will come back. The stay here was really good during winter. The location was comfortable, a walking distance from old town. Liked the way my double room was arranged with nice comfy bed and a private bathroom for a very good prize. It was decorated in a great style.

Twin room had upgrades, it was cheap and tidy. The hotel's location was great, short walk to the touristic Harbour, bus stations, walking areas, restaurants, shops and the tram stop and the bus stop. Located in a quiet street, it was easy to find.
Tbh Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was very bad.

Everything was perfect, so were MAGNIFICENT views of the Anaga mountains. Liked our room, it was cheap and had a fridge, a work desk and satellite television. Central location of this good basic hotel was a bonus. Besides, the area was shopping, next to a shopping mall.
The breakfast definitely should have been included in the rate.

The location was excellent, near to Hiperdino supermarket, Santa Cruz's center, near the touristic Harbour and the beautiful parque Sanabria, and the centre of the city and near Municipal Museum of Fine Arts we wanted to see. It also was easy to walk from the bus station.
