We really enjoyed rooms with air conditioning. The hotel has unbeatable location right by centre of Puerto de Santiago, the beach is and a supermarket.

The place is lovely relaxing and gorgeous. Helpful, very amiable staff, thank you for treating me so well. I have stayed in the double room on 3 levels. Nothing too much trouble, an unforgettable experience, will come back.

The rooms are neat and huge with very comfy beds and smoke detectors. Private bathroom is fairly clean. The location is great and unbeatable, not far from the shops, beach and bus stop, great restaurants and casino - couldn't be better. Moreover, it's just a short walk away from The Macguffin Project.

They gave me absolutely brilliant and adequate room with fridge as well as the large balcony's. The location was marvellous and magnificent, so close to the shops and bus stop, centre of Puerto de Santiago and shops bars and restaurants.

This place was luxury and the staff was hard-working and excellent. I booked a double room with a TV, a hair dryer, and a sofa set. The location was perfect and lovely, in-the sea in warmer with easy access to a supermarket and shops. I found Legends Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. Food in the Irish bar was great! I enjoyed the hotel!
The hotel staff was very rude.
