We walked everywhere, the location was super, in the very center of the city. We found La Herreria to dine in 300 metres from the hotel. Got luxurious and good room with a nice balcony, bathroom, as example - always come in handy.

Amazing, perfect location close to everything. Also - so close to both restaurants and shops, and a square with a garden in the pedonal centre. Great to have an authentic restaurant at ground floor.

Liked Puerto de la Cruz, the hotel was absolutely great and simple close to bus station if you want to go exploring the island. It was in an absolutely perfect location with Plaza Charco nearby.

Incredibly nice staff and particularly good and perfect location, perfect for me. Found in the beach area so close to the nightlife outside the window, the old town close to the Plaza del Charco and a short walk from shops and bars and restaurant.

The hotel was little, yet I stayed for 11 nights only. The staff were both excellent co-operating and amicable. The location was nice and unbeatable, near restaurants and bars. It had an authentic restaurant.

I was travelling to Puerto de la Cruz for a short stay. I appreciated the room with mountain views, the bed was extremely comfy. Everyone was welcoming and lovely. This hotel was located in a very central area near busstation and beach, center of the town, many restaurants and supermarkets, the centre where the night life is quite wild, especially during weekends, and Puerto de la Cruz. Authentic cuisine was served in the authentic restaurant.

The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Jardin Aquatico. I was upgraded to a luxurious and clean room with a nice balcony.
The bed was very uncomfortable in this place.

We stayed in a guest room complete with 3 beds + bathroom, terrace plus balcony. The stuff was attentive and welcoming. It took us 24 minutes to drive to this straightforward accommodation from the airport...
Shame the bathroom was dirty.

Simple hotel in a beach area just next door to nice cafes and restaurants and centre of town. Pleasant and understanding staff all over the place. Booked an airy room with a TV and king size bed plus mountain views. Central location, within walking distance of Plaza Charco. Delicious food in the authentic restaurant.
Beds were not very comfortable.
