It was updated, good-sized and with a view of the neighbors. The location offered was beautiful and fantastic close to the ocean and Los Gigantes, and the cliffs of Los Gigantes & beautiful sunsets.

Everything was good, very helpful staff, breathtaking views of the ocean. The room was great-sized and updated, had a fairly clean bathroom. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from a modern chain casino. Visited few places in the centre, within walking distance of the hotel.

The location is amazing and lovely and personnel is very attentive. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from downtown. It offers exceptional service. They have English bar, easy parking and nice pool.

Place was spotless, everything was perfect. The location was EXCELLENT and beautiful, adjacent to Los Gigantes and the ocean, and the ocean. It also was within 10 min walking distance to Playa Chica. The beds were comfortable, the room was great-sized and updated for wifi in apartment. Efficient service, just what we needed.

Our room was good-sized and updated and the bathroom was well equipped. The best part was the superb view of the sea. The hotel had a central setting down the hill. What's more, it was just next door to the beach, a large Lidl supermarket and Los Gigantes and Playa Santiago.
